FAQ

  • What materials are used in the paintings?
Most of the paintings are mainly acrylic paint but I add detail and movement using pencil, pastel, oil pastel, pen and occasionally collage.
  • How does payment and shipping work?
Once payment is received in full, I will organise shipping. The artwork will be packaged carefully to avoid any mishaps en route to you. UK shipping for smaller paintings is mostly handled by Royal Mail using their track and trace service and we can discuss options for the delivery of larger works. International shipping depends entirely on size and, again, your options can be discussed so that we are all comfortable with delivery.
  • What if I don't like it? If it doesn't look how I expected it to look?
Of course I want you to be happy with your painting! Once you've made a purchase, you can try it out at home for up to 21 days. If you decide it isn't the painting for you, let me know and you can return your painting to me and receive a full refund.
  • What if the painting arrives damaged?
Oh the worst nightmare! All paintings are sent with insurance so we would be able to discuss either a refund or a repair.
  • What about framing? Do you offer this?
Generally most of my artworks are currently offered unframed with painted edges should you wish to hang them as they are. I would be happy to make suggestions on framing.
